Revenue Transparency
Last updated: 30 June 2025
Sortino Quants Ltd believes trust begins with clarity. This page explains how we earn revenue, how partner relationships may work, and the standards we apply so our education remains separate from trading pressure or hidden incentives.
1. Education and Training Revenue
We may earn revenue from structured financial markets education, including courses, programmes, workshops, and educational training material. These services are designed to help traders understand market structure, quantitative thinking, risk management, trading psychology, and professional decision-making.
Educational training revenue is not linked to any promise of trading performance, profit, account growth, or investment outcome.
2. SQ Elite Membership Revenue
SQ Elite Membership is a paid educational membership currently offered at £90 per month. Membership revenue supports access to educational channels, research commentary, live learning sessions, community access, and member resources.
Membership content is provided for education and information only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trade signals, portfolio management, or regulated financial advisory services.
3. 1-to-1 Personal Training Revenue
We may earn revenue from private 1-to-1 trading education and mentoring sessions. These sessions are priced separately from SQ Elite Membership and are focused on education, review, explanation, and skill development.
Personal training sessions do not include personalised investment recommendations, execution instructions, account management, or any guarantee of trading results.
4. Affiliate and CPA Commission Revenue
Sortino Quants Ltd may receive compensation when a user follows a disclosed affiliate or CPA partner link and completes qualifying activity with a third-party broker or provider. Where such relationships exist, we aim to disclose them clearly before the user acts on the link.
Affiliate or CPA compensation creates a commercial interest that users should consider when evaluating any third-party link. Users should independently review the broker or provider's authorisation status, terms, fees, execution arrangements, eligibility requirements, and risk disclosures.
5. Introducing Broker Revenue
Sortino Quants Ltd may have introducing broker or partner arrangements where compensation can be linked to referred client activity. Where applicable, these relationships are treated as commercial relationships and should be understood separately from our educational services.
We do not encourage unnecessary trading, excessive trading volume, or account activity for the purpose of generating commission or rebate revenue. Risk education and independent decision-making come first.
6. No Hidden Fund Management or Client Money
Sortino Quants Ltd does not manage client funds, hold client money, execute trades for users, provide portfolio management, or offer regulated investment advisory services. Users remain fully responsible for their own accounts, decisions, risk limits, and compliance obligations.
7. Our Commitments
- We will disclose commercial relationships clearly where they are relevant.
- We will separate education from broker promotion and trading pressure.
- We will not present affiliate or IB arrangements as financial advice or a recommendation to trade.
- We will not encourage unnecessary trading activity for short-term revenue.
- We will keep client welfare, education quality, and long-term trust ahead of commercial incentives.
